RHERI has been actively conducting various vocational training and skill enhancement programs aimed at increasing income and expanding livelihood options for women in poor households. In addition to these training, RHERI forms local user groups and connects them with micro-credit banking networks and extension services to provide production credit and other critical resources to the local community. The improved economic opportunities for women serve as a foundation for launching focused advocacy and educational programs to address gender asymmetry in the political, social, and cultural spheres.
